N11 Form Ontario — Mutual Agreement to End a Tenancy
The N11 form is a voluntary agreement between landlord and tenant to end a tenancy.
Unlike eviction notices, both parties agree to the termination date.
When Should You Use an N11?
An N11 can be useful when:
- A tenant agrees to move out voluntarily

When Should You NOT Use an N11?
An N11 should not be used:

- Without fully voluntary agreement from the tenant
Example of Incorrect N11 Use
A landlord threatens eviction unless the tenant signs an N11 immediately.
