3. Google OAuth Authentication

We use Google OAuth 2.0 to allow you to sign in securely without creating a separate password. When you authenticate with Google:

What we receive: Your name, email address, and Google profile identifier. We do not receive your Google password or access to any other Google account data.

Scope limitation: We request only the minimum OAuth scopes required for authentication. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google service.

4. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used exclusively to operate and improve the service:

To associate your generated forms with your account so you can access download history.
To process payments securely via Stripe when purchasing a form.
To send transactional emails related to your account or form submissions (confirmation receipts only — no marketing).

5. Form Submission Data

The landlord, tenant, and property information you enter into our form wizard is stored securely in our database and used solely to generate your PDF document. We do not share, sell, or disclose this data to third parties. Form data may be retained for up to 12 months to support re-downloads and account history, after which it is purged from our systems.

6. Third-Party Services

We use a limited set of trusted third-party services to operate the platform: Google OAuth for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Supabase for secure database storage. Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and security standards. We do not sell your data to any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
