  • For properties first occupied after Nov. 15, 2018, there is no LTB approval required, but you must use Form N2 and give a 90-day minimum notice for increases over the guideline.
  • Properties first occupied for residential purposes before Nov. 15, 2018 must apply to the LTB before increasing rent over the guideline.
